Who We Are
We are a non-profit 501(C)(3) soccer academy established here in the beautiful Central Valley, with a big community of dreamers. We are a team full of ambitions, plans and, a great vision for the future of futbol. We strongly believe that anyone and everyone deserves a fair shot at realizing their dreams regardless of any social-economic constraints.
That is why we have developed this academy to be all inclusive for boys and girls that dream of playing this beautiful sport at the highest level. To develop players in a holistic approach, as footballers, to be resilient, to cope with winning and losing, to be outspoken, to be leaders, to develop commitment, communication, character, a right attitude, to be change-makers and assist our communities thrive but most importantly for them to THINK big, and Dream big. To cultivate a winning mentality, to teach them that with hard work anything they set their minds to will become true. Developing the right mentality will benefit them on and off the pitch.
Our Approach
What sets us apart from any other club in the US, is our commitment and focus on education and football development. Our holistic approach encompasses both, developing players on and off the pitch, to empower every young athlete to achieve their full potential and to follow their dreams.
Education:
Encompass academic education in our day-to-day and allow athletes to nurture their inner self and flourish far beyond our facilities. To allow them an opportunity to earn their way into a university, to a Professional soccer team in and outside the USA. Partner with educators, schools, colleges and universities to allows that fair shot to every young athlete.
Pro Football
Our vision is to provide a pathway to professional footballers in two different pathways; One, by developing our own internal professional soccer team and compete in the Major League Soccer (MLS), and two, provide partnerships with professional teams and provide a pathway to young footballers to be available and selectable by other professional teams, in and outside the US. Combine football and education to form great athletes, professionals and great human beings.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide a holistic environment for our athletes. We are not here for numbers, or to compete with other clubs for numbers or badges or classifications. We believe we can all thrive and work together for a common cause, to develop young athletes in a holistic way. Our youth is our future, and if we invest in our future, our future will be great.
We function better if we narrow our focus, therefore our Academy will be limited to only one team per age group for boys and girls. This way, our full attention and development will be focused on that specific team and players.
Our Environment
Design a culture and lifestyle where young athletes can thrive in academics and football. We can achieve this by operating a training facility that includes classrooms and teachers to educate academically our athletes and provide a wide area with various football fields for morning, mid-day and afternoon practices for the various teams, including our first team. Provide an avenue and environment where the players at an age allowed by law be able to stay in the facility for weeks, meaning, sleeping, eating, showering, training, bonding with their team and much more to get their mindset ready for professional football. We strongly believe that we all need the right environment to thrive in whatever we dream of.
